We watched from an outlook on Palmer Park ridge and saw the ascention of about 32 balloons yesterday and today. Both mornings were nice with little wind, and cool temperatures. Perfect for the balloons.
A deer watched me as I got ready to take the pictures!
In the evenings the balloons "glowed" from lighting them inside. They could only remain lit for a very short time or they wouldn't stay on the ground!
