First day in Charleston there were morning thunderstorms, so what better to do than SHOP! I love the Marketplace and stores nearby there too. It took a lot of patience to find a parking spot, and then I was off and running. Hot, humid, but enjoying myself while Ken stayed behind at the hotel trying to swim in the pool between showers. I don't have pictures of the Marketplace.....to busy perusing each booth and shop!
We crossed the bridge that afternoon and Ken ran across and back, as did lots of other people.

Right next to our hotel is a marina, and we were intrigued by this "boat stacker". I had never seen boats lifted up and stacked like this!
